Unable to cope with emotions

i don t know how to deal with depression,  i don't know what to do, it is killing me inside, I feel like I'm sensitive. any situation happen made me feel afraid to afford it..

I don't know how to deal with depression since am trying to figure that out too being away from the things or people that caused it can be great it's even better when you doing things that makes you comfortable and being around people that cares and motivates you ofc situations of the past haunts me it get worse it's ok to feel afraid not everyone perfect
