Unable to cope with emotions

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

I need someone that I can trust to talk... I am sick ...I have used medication but nothing helps me instead of getting better I am getting worse...I have lost lose hope its like a dead end for me now..am scared to die I have a young boy living with me..he sees me cry sometimes and he Cry's too..that hurt me a lot..I need help thanks

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sure you must be really disturbed but pls don’t lose hope. We can still find a way out. How old is the baby? Who all there in the family?

I think crying is not weakness rather it gives you strength to bounce back. I too cry when i feel like nothing is left for me.But please try to cry when you are alone as it can affect your young child. Just choose anything apart from your work which you like gymming, swimming, art work etc. This will help you to regain confidence in life. Gymming helped me a lot to bounce back. Choose someone with whom you can talk anytime without getting fear of being judged. Hope you to recover fast
