Unable to cope with loneliness and depression

Ever since I took drop for 2 years after my 12th I have lost all Friends because they all are busy in their own world . I don't know what to do when I am alone so I always go to my long distance boyfriend but now he is a bit irritated and I can't go to him always. I don't know how to cope up with this lonliness depression 😓

I can understand, why don’t you connect with your old friends also find a hobby for yourself. Don’t depend on someone. Get yourself busy in something like learning new skills etc.

I tried but nothing works. I am frustrated . I didn't wanted to take drop after 12th but due to my family I had to take it . It hurts so bad when I look back and I realise that my 3 years are wasted 😓. Every day is becoming a battle for me now. At one moment i am happy and at another moment i am depressed like hell.

Actually this was my 2nd attempt for neet and i an scoring approx 350 marks so i am expecting to get bams(ayurveda) in counseling

Try to developer any one hobby which you like to do and make it better and whenever you want to pass your time or being happy try to talk with family members but about life they become closer to you then they can understand you then share your problems with them they will help
