Sorry to hear about your loss. It must be really difficult . Losing someone close is always painful and difficult for the family but that’s how life is created and has to move on. If you really want to keep your fathers memory alive do things that he believed in :)

the problem is that I never really mourned my father never really cried because every1 telling me to be strong and I must hold it together and I cant anymore

There is no harm in crying as it doesn’t show that your week but shows you have emotions :). Do things that would make him proud :). I am sure he must be looking at you from the sky :)
