Same as my situation. Just walk in the morning or evening. Dont use mobile during that time. Please do this you'll feel better. I have same problem. And i dont go outside much ...sometimes when i feel like its too much now i cant breadth dont know what to do i just go outside for some time. I dont feel much change but definately i feel better

Things will work in future. Just hope for the best. Please dont be so much harsh to yourself..your soul's friend is this body of yours and trust me when nobody is there for us we should stand for ourselves. Just promise this to yourself that you will take care of yourself no matter what. Things will get better soon. If there is something you want to discuss still then feel free to reply.
