I really need help in releasing bottled up emotions.

It's not one emotion that I have been on to I don't remember the last time that I cried. And now it's been effecting me physically. My chest hurts all the time and I can't help it. I feel like crying but tears just won't come out. Not even music is helping me.

I do, but I am really scared to talk to people about how I feel.

Hey, you can share! I'm all ears. Also, let it all out. Cry for how much ever long you want to. Sometimes getting it all out helps you loosen up 😊

Frustrating

So I lost my job last week and I got it through reference from someone..I told my parents about it and
