Just say your problems to a person that cares for you and supports you and its ok to cry when you feel sad , angry or any kind of feeling and dont be keared by someone you are just asying what you feel all the best to you.
*and dont be feared by someone
Try to be confident of yourself. Trust your instincts and start expressing things atleast to people who you feel close to.
