unable to express emotions

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

I feel very lonely everyday. Everyone close to me are no more there in my life. Each one of them misunderstood me and judged me wrong. I feel very lost without them. It feels like hell.. I don't even have a single person whom i could share my feelings to. I hope i die soon 🙂

Don’t feel like that, I have been there myself and it’s tough but you have to be strong. Please don’t feel alone I am here to talk to you.

Have you tried clearing your stand? I am sure they are your friends they will understand your point of view.

Even I feel depressed only the circumstances are different and I can't do anything about it
