It’s better to let out and free your mind rather than putting it all inside and suffering

I think you should try to share it with someone you're close to or you can make voice notes on your phone, that way you will be able to express how you feel.

exactly or you can go to any temple church masjid or gurudwara these places are really peaceful you can let out all your problems or your feelings

just let it out and talk about it

make some online friends, start talking to them make them comfortable and exchange your emotions. no one will judge you for that. it is easy to share your feeling when there is no one to judge.
