because it never comes from within...its always my mind instructing me....i think its calculative....and its just me trying to fit in with people...

i never had friends in school...to get socially acceptable i started showing emotions for others....i have always been keeping my emotions inside me and never tell anyone other my feelings...i feel why should i trouble others with my feelings....though now i share sometimes but i still feel that its my problem and i should deal with it myself.....and then even if the other person is wrong i feel that its me overthinking unless someone else say that the other person is wrong..

Also i always feel that people are always judging me and making fun of me....by seeing the way they back bitch and make fun of other people....it makes me feel nod yes to their yes and no to their no..

i dont like it when people make fun of me.. you know i was a topper in school but because people kept saying that i always study and this and that...i literally stopped studying....now they are getting grades and i am no where....i try hard to study but somewhere in my mind ...those things are still there

You are a very kind human, this is one of the most beautiful traits of forgiving people that you don’t answer back because you think they will get hurt.
You don’t want to hurt, may be because you know how it feels.
This shows that you do have emotions.
I think you should really start to focus on your self esteem, don’t bother about what other people are saying, those who are trying to bring you down are already below you.
Think of it in this way.
Set boundaries for yourself so that people don’t violate it, start assertively saying things to people that you don’t agree to or don’t like.
It’s okay to consider yourself first.
Give yourself positive affirmations everyday that you are enough.
Do you have any close friend? Someone from the family you share your feelings with?

i have some close friends and family members with whom i can share but i feel what will they think of me if i tell them all of these

i feel that if i put myself first then i am acting selfish...that is why i always give priority to others first and then myself... even if i have lots of work but if other person asks for help, i leave my work and help them first
