i feel so heavy emotionally. my head hurts. it feels like there is needle inside my brain.. i dont want to get up on my bed anymore im sorryyy im sorry. im tired of being me less appreciate.

Well it’s been tough times, what I suggest try getting some sun light from your window and get out of the bed by start doing a little workout . Also, try talking to your friends and start being positive about life
