I can understand , try to socialise with one person at a time, try to slowly start meeting new people.
I am sure hou are a great person.
If you get hurt easily try to build a boundary and don’t let anyone overstep it, if you don’t like a comment or something, tell them politely and assertively that you won’t appreciate such comments.
