Unable to feel happy

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

I have trouble being happy nothing makes me happy and half of my friends are against me I'm no one's first choice and at this point i just want something a little thing to be happy so recently i found something that takes my time and make me happy at the same time so no thinking just being happy but my dad took it away from me it's like he doesn't want to see me happy i just want to be normal for a damn minute plzzz I'm tired

All starts from loving urself.Enjoy ur own company . Dont think others want to make u happy . U can be happy urself by doing things u like. Engage in activities which divert urself . Find ur passion nd makeurselves busy.

I think you need to have a better and healthy relationship with yourself first. The ones who are close to you, please try to talk to them about how you have been feeling.

I did but my parents doesn't let me do anything that makes me happy

Do u love urself.. Have u finded ur passion.. If people behaves with u like that, u change ur atttitude towards them.. Dont expect them .. u change urselves... Happiness comes from positive thinking... Try nd learn things.. it can also make u happy..

U cant make everyone happy... frnds wont come lifelong.. Learn nd succedd in ur life... then everyone comes on in queue.. i welcome u too share ur problems further..
