unable to feel positive, irritated and sleep issues
In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

I am feeling very agitated.Not getting sleep in night.so waking up very late like 13 or 11 am morning.If I wake up early I feel hopelessness,not feeling positive.If not bound to wake up at 10 or 11, sometimes I sleep till 1 to 2 PM. Is this one of the sign of depression.
