See what I think as per my personal experience throughout life is that we need to be more social at that point of time. You could ring a friend or any one known of you and ask him about how his/her life is going on probably that would evade u from that dried up moment for a while. We have to keep moving forward I am also not that kind of a person who is cheerful all the time. I get anxiety attacks a lot too. But if u know that the ones who go through pain a lot are usually the best of the best speakers when comes to comforting someone. Also, I am new to this app joined a few moments ago 😁 so if anyone could tell me how to chat personally or how to join a group in this app. Free ofcourse 😁 so that would be very great ful.
