unable to focus on goal because of past event

3 years before a incident happens with me. and i think about it too much because of lot of thinking i lost my concentrate in my goal.i am become sad and i do not relise that it become overthinking depression and anxity. i relise it take now want focus on goal.live a happy life. but i can not do that i can not overcome from this.so please help me to overcome from it
