Try to practice mindfulness and plan your day in the morning and do tasks accordingly. Keep yourself busy. It will keep your mind occupied.
Keeping busy is good. Habe a company you like. Good friend or a cat. Just what you can concentrate. Atleast a fish? If you are imagining things mind and have ability to write, deviate it for good and write stories or poems. Try to engage with some activities. Don't sit alone atleast be with nature.
