I can'tfocus on my onlineclasses .I'm addicted tophone which keeps me distractedfrom studies. I completedmy datapack and lost nearly 200 by getting databooster without knowledge of my parents. I'm ashamedand afraidof my work.I'm a overweightperson this also hurts me andgives a pressureon me . I don't know whatto do😭😭😭

first allocate time for your studies. for example block 2 to 3 hours on your calendar on ur phone to focus on studies. then block an hour for exercise. If you waste your time on phone then how will you make it up in future

Try to limit your screen time. You can always start from now onwards. Try to set a target for yourself and it could be as simple as making notes while attending classes. Start by doing one task. Whenever you feel that you are using your phone excessively give it to someone and ask them to give it back to you after 3-4 hours. It will be difficult initially bit that’s how my brother coped up with his phone dependence.
