Unable to get out of the guilt of past

Question

i made a serious mistake which i can't reverse it back to original situation... my life will change 360° from now onwards and i hate changes... those things trigger my anxiety since i kept thinking how stupid i am... i cant accept that i am sooooo stupid... 😭😭😭... i cant stop thinking bout that issue... till i'm crying non-stop... huhuhu

We all have go through something and make mistakes in past this is life... The good thing is you realized your mistake and i think you won't repeat the same mistake again... But whatever has happened it is in the past now... If things have change Try to fit in the new normal.. And stop thinking about it everytime because if you do so you'll have constant regrets and you won't be able to move on from it... I hope for you the best...! 👍

my life was perfect before... and then i applied for transfering to other city... leaving my parent and siblings after i lived my whole life with them... 28 living under the same roof... who knows the transfer was approved... i never get used to the idea of being alone... now im lonely in other place... far from them... i miss them terribly... 😭😭😭😭
