Only below things -
1. Apply no contact to that person and Try to busy your self
2. Accept ur thoughts and when they come... Say yourself that.. it's fine..
3. Try deep breathing exercises and regular meditation...
4. Rest leave it on the time.. time is a big healer....
Do above for only 21 days with regular discipline....
