Unable to get over a relationship

my boyfriend left me cauz i was off fr jst a day. he started treating me like a shoe or maybe a garbage. I begged so much to be normal but he repeatedly kept refusing. that has created a trauma in me now I can't sleep i can't eat food i can't do anything but jst feel the pain

do some online sessions...learn something new..read books.. watch movies at home.. do zoom calls with ur frnds, vivid has taught us how to leave happy inside our house .. it's all abt willing to b better ... work for urself
