Just chill.. You have lost which was not yours at all... Love is a nature of a person nd not belong to sm1 else.. You loved bcz u have that nature.. Nd ur nature was pure... Be strong enough so that many will come nd many will go but remain wat u r... That is a strong personality... If you don't be strong enough, every person will catch you, use you in his/her way nd will throw you out.. Be that much strong that before even saying anything to u become a tough task for them... Nvr be ashamed of ur feeling.. Just ur decision was wrong.. Don't regret just take lesson and go ahead.. There a numerous of ways, things, people with you be loved and happy.. Where you find peaceful life... Explore ur hidden areas of quality or work.. Do smthng good, smthng creative or anything which you are able to do.. Just a little start nd be so much busy that you don't get tym to think upon these upset rhings.. When u come to ur bed, you must be tired enough that just by lying u got into sleep... Be that busy, be that strong be that talented... U r with u.. U need no one to stand urself.. U r urself enough for you....

Thanks. Feels good to read it. I'm in so much emotional turmoil now and no one to talk. It's so much to process and no one to talk... I don't know how to contemplate it. I know few days or may be months or years from now this will seem like a small thing but I don't know what to do right now. I know in my heart that I did the right thing by letting him go... I know I loved him and letting him go to the one he loves was right thing to do. I feel really bad that he hates me... it feels really sad that someone else is his priority now... it feels bad that I'm a no one in his life. But as you said I need to develop a strong personality. It just feels so sad that I've lost the only person in my life I could be truly myself with. Actually if I think at a deeper level now... it's not his betrayal that is affecting me... it is the fact that I'm no more important in his life and I have no one in my life. Feels like I have lost the sense of belonging. I might get over with it in a few days but I don't know what should I do now... I can't stop shaking and shivering. I feel good that I was composed the whole time this happened. I cried a little... then I thought what's the point of it... I kept scrolling and turning tabs on the phone with absolutely no idea of what I'm doing. Tried to reach out my best friend who is not available right now. So much of me is calm... I could have been worse. I feel good about it. But I don't know how to handle what's happening with me right now. I've do have greater goals to achieve... I'm sure by the morning I'll keep it all aside and will begin focusing on what I'm supposed to do. Right now I need strength to make it pass... to this night to pass.. I don't know how to get myself to sleep. I can't sleep with all this. I'm stuck.

It's all okk.. Let ur heart to take time... Don't force urself... One thing u can do if u r continuously on phone is that just listen to a person name- Aacharya Prashant Kishore.. He is such a truth nd logical person.. Listening him just take you out of all these.. Trust me.. Try once...

One thing more you can do is there is session of 10days of Vipasana.. Go nd search for it.. Run by Buddhist Community.. Where you get to live for 10 days without connecting the world.. But trust me wen u come out, u will thank me for ur new life...

Do any of this... Nd change urself... U need to know sm truth about urself... Nd about others....

I practice Vipassana. May be it was the meditation which helped me stay calm even after all that, I don't know what havoc old me would have created. I'm better now. Thank you.

I don't know how to get rid off this urge to unblock and reconnect with him. This is the hardest thing to do. I don't know how to let go of him completely. I know if I'll call him I'll cry and beg him to come back. This seems to be an easy way to get out of this feeling. But a part of me knows that this is not right and right path is the hard part which is giving me such a hard time now. I don't know how to make myself stick to it and move on peacefully.

A part of me wants to fight with him a lot and the other part is holding me back telling me it's destructive. Oh Narayan please give me strength to not be bring out the worst of me.

Actually being able to right and convey all this is helping. I am able to vent out what's inside.

The worst thing about this breakup is... I put him into so much pain. I wasn't good. I think I was the worst girlfriend ever. I gave him so much pain. I put him in so much pain. That girl... whoever she is helped him get out of it. I feel happy for him that he somehow found the right person. I didn't deserved him maybe. But I was trying so hard to mend things. I learned so much self control gained so much positive perspective in my life lately. I thought I could make things right. It really felt like we were star crossed lovers. The love was real... every bit of it. I thought I could mend everything... make up for my every mistake. But turns out I've lost hard. He already found some better one. I feel so unfortunate. I myself lost my everything. May be everything happened for good. He deserved good. And I deserved this. I hope I find peace too... and don't disrupt his life anymore.

First of all... Loyalty is important in a relationship.. He is not even worth... Just don't think about it.. Have some good food.. Watch movies or some webseries.. If u have any hobbies like painting, dancing.. Happily do that
