I am sure it must be really difficult for you, but at times we need to accept things. Try to accept it, process it and then outgrow it. Set a different goal in life, shift your attention towards something else.

No we broke up because she didn't want a relationship she has this rule no relationships when I day family I mean were rly close like rly close even after the break up

Whatever be the case for the break up, it seems there's no going back now as she's already moved on. It's selfish of her to ask you to continue on with her as a friend. She should know it'll be harder on you to let her go. It's like she's keeping you on the hook for when her current relationship fails. Take care of yourself, buddy. Learn to move on to. If you can't bear to see her with someone else, then don't see. Try to associate with her as little as possible and don't be curious about her life. That way you can gradually remove her from your mind and you won't have to hurt yourself with jealousy over seeing her with another. It's not going to be easy breaking off but you can if you make a conscious effort to. All too soon, you'll realise she's become just a memory.

I rly wanna do that but it's rly hard to forget when she text everyday and we see each other every week and she said she felt selfish cause she is kinda leading me on to this hope even tho she moved on already we agreed we have to leave each other but we couldn't do it it felt miserable for both of us I heard her crying in the phone she said I don't want to lose you as a friend

Wow, she's really selfish. She's not thinking about you at all, just her own feelings. She doesn't want to feel bad about disappointment so she wants to keep your dependency on her still going. She has someone else to make her feel good, buddy. There's no need to continue providing her with that. Essentially, you decide how much association you want to have with her but I'll advise you not to entertain hopes of getting her back. She's really not coming back, that's how I see it. She's merely toying with you and has no true love for you. Think about your wellbeing too. Act to protect yourself

I rly understand what ur saying and I rly appreciate it. But she don't talk to anyone else Ik that. Told u she made this rule no relationships. I'm the only one talking to her(as a friend) I might ask her for a break so I can forget about her and meet someone it's just hard when someone promised u with things and then give up on u. How can she say I'm the best guy she even met but at the same said I only love u as a friend and my heart changed and I don't control it

Believe me, I know how difficult it is for you. I can imagine your frustration. Don't loose it, ok. Hang in there. When I encounter a similar situation, I broke it off at once. Haha, I saw he was just playing with my emotions and it made me furious. That fury fuelled me to cut him off from my life. You may be more attached than I was so such drastic measure may be too much for you. Just take it a little at a time. Seek for ways you can replace her attachment. How about you try not picking her calls so often and space out the hours you spend with her with time. You see, every amount of time you spend with her, either virtually or in person, will make it harder for you to let go and break your heart more. It's better to create a gap between you. And if she sees you're letting go, she'll give up.

I guess ur right and deep inside me Ik this is the right way but I didn't Want do it u know cause the break up reason was more complicated and mutual it was nothing to do with us it was because of her parents but I was thinking if she still likes me maybe in the future if her parents were okay we can make it official or something like that but she closed that Door by saying she's letting go. Can u imagine the first love of ur life the one u felt so special about the girl that gets me and laugh with me and I can see her as my future wife just leg go of me like that
