Unable to get over someone

Hello everyone I need to get over someone, she grows distant everyday and I'm clinging, trying and trying but it's just not cutting out, I really like this person and can't imagine my life without her.. I have tried to get over her the first months I saw red flags thus 10 months back and yet I'm here, its like I'm falling for her deeper and deeper, I sometimes cry myself to sleep, but I know i have to let her go😭

Don’t push yourself in someone’s life. Try to put yourself in priority, focus on yourself and don’t be in the space where you are not appreciated.

Yeah I know just that it's easier said than done, I really want to get over her,. Any tips?

You know what you have to do. You just have to accept it and move on. Trust that, you'll find someone in your life who's going to love you like you do and much more than that. Someone, you won't have to force to be with you.

I'm still clinging to my ex-wife even though I know that I will never have her again. I feel your pain, we both need to concentrate on ourselves and finding out who we are. We both have to learn how to be happy with ourselves and independent of the one who is not giving us the things that we are in need of.

Tips would include, don’t force yourself to get out of the feeling, give it some rime and have a goal for yourself that can keep you occupied.
