Try sleep music and tea. Also, try staying physically active as it will help you with sleep
Try to give yourself positive affirmations, try deep breathing and any physical activity before sleep.
Try Sleep music and hot water bath before sleep and keep your room cold.
Avoid caffeine or smoking.
Avoid screen time before going to bed.
Keep room dark while sleeping.
Along with what @rocknroll suggest.. try to do some yoga ....
I will strongly suggest u to try wimholf method breathing exercises and try it only for 21 days.. u will definately feel relexed... Sear on u tube about it..
