Well to start of with find your triggers and don’t give a response till you calm down. Avoid situations that make you angry. This will help you to begin with

It's just I want to express my things. What I feel..but the selection of words get wrong and everything gets detached from me

i can relate ..its same wid me .. nothings gonna help .. but ur own will will .. try apologising .. hey dont worry i was the same.. i hated to apologise people if i said or did something wrong .. it really helped me out .. nd made me happy lil by lil .. keep reminding urself dat u hv to stay calm .. dis may help .. it did for me .
