Well I think you should call your loved one and tell him how much you love him. That this was one off and that you were a little off.
I think you should appreciate yourself for at least completing 2 task, you can try again and finish all the pending ones, you will pick up your pace, it's okay.
Can you call him/her and apologize I am sure you can fix things up. You don't have to stay away, you can try to manage it.
