unable to handle work pressure

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

i m about to suicide .I m not able to work as a programmer. i have tried hard and got an another job but i have signed 2 years with current company the company say i cant go for other job i m willing to give the compensation even though they are not willing to leave me i cant work there my mental pressure is getting high and i m in depression i think some one please help

Don’t give up as life is precious and worth cherishing, think about ur loved ones. You need to relax and take a deep breath first. WhY is the company not allowing you to leave? It’s your right if your paying them the amount decided.

dont go to work there when u get another job file a complain against the company ..... i am just a student ....this is my opinon ....but i am not a professional

Hey! I am sure you are in a difficult situation. Have you tried talking to your boss or any of your colleagues regarding the work pressure? I am sure there must be something that can work in your favor, giving up on life is not an option, you can choose to quit your job. I am right here you can discuss this with me.
