every night I tell myself okay you are going to bed and you're going to wake up at 5:00 a.m. be productive and get ready for school but it never works I always end up going to my bed at 2:00 a.m. I'm waking up at 11:00 a.m. I can't sleep early I tried but every time I close my eyes I feel like there's a shadow over me and I feel my chest getting tighter and I could feel like something telling me to open my eyes I know it sounds crazy and I'm sure something's wrong with me I just want to sleep does anyone have similar problems like this and any tips?
