Hi marut. I understand that might be tough for.try to admire for yourself for what other admire in you. Something can't be forced. Relationship will happen to in its own pace and time. You have to wait that to happen patiently. Till then love yourself unconditionally.

How not to solve an issue in a setup like a work place? I want things to be completed in a reasonably acceptable way if not in a perfect way, I know that no one is perfect. I am working as a bridge between multiple teams and supposed to address the difficulties and quality of work. May be, this is the reason behind the trust issue between me and others. Am I rude or are they fragile and unprofessional to consider my corrective measures as a threat? Why people are teaming up to resist others who point out their mistake though it is a must to evolve in their career as well? The biggest doubt of all time and only thing which makes my life difficult in a work set up.

Marut is there any mentor at your workplace you have who can help you with this concern? If yes try to address this concern with them. I would also invite you analyse on the way you tried to conveyed the corrective measures? Try asking is there a better way to convey while being assertive.?
