how about you start baby steps? slowly get to warm up to someone...if you want, I can be your friend and help you
i try by taking baby step..but again a certain feeling comes that I'm wrong its will hurt me sonner or later then i step back..back to old me .
I think you cannot change it overnight what I feel is practice it in your daily life that might help :)
try to fight it, the are just your anxiety and fears...it's natural but it has its limits. Try to make yourself believe that not everyone is an enemy who's looking to hurt you, and that there are some people who are innocent and afraid just like you are
it's normal to have trust issues these days because people are actually game players. almost everyone around us is using us for some reason. May be if you are anxious about a relationship, it is your gut instinct kicking in. take your time to get comfortable with anyone. don't rush into it. It's a good thing to take time with relationships
it is not necessary to have a relationship. one day someone will win your trust then you will be comfortable, do not push yourself to be in a relationship let love come to you till than make friends.
