At the end all you need is a 10th or 12th marksheet for job or college, if nothing works out NIOS is there.
Communicate about issues specifically. Keep in mind: budget, location, reviews, whether you are capable to adapt to new surroundings as well as make new friends and what you want from a school. Liberal or conservative, expensive or affordable, strict or lenient.
Anyhow, continue with whichever school you are registered in if parents don't agree, that situation is better than dropping out. Society, friends, relatives and neighbors will bombard mercilessly otherwise.

Get homeschooled with NIOS or state board as private candidate.
Parents should listen immediately when it comes to bullying and should not send their ward to any place that disturbs them.
Find other schools and visit them. Good luck!

Have you seriously discussed this with your parents about this. If this is not working out ask help of one of your teachers. She/ he could talk to your parents about your feeling.
