I'm really in bad mental situation right now...I badly need help...initially I got rejected and blocked from my crush and then I lost 2 of my grandparents...now I'm not able to move on and its been 2 years since I got rejected...I even behave a little lost in front of people and have become absent minded and overthink fake scenarios a lot...please help me get out of this...

Getting rejected in love is normal these days, you shouldn't take it that seriously anymore. instead you should start building up yourself better to make them regret for what they did. When it'll be time you'll find someone who's meant for you anyways.

I think you have not been able to process things in a very healthy way. Have you given therapy a thought?

I know that I do need someone to guide me out if this...but I really haven't thought of any therapy yet.
