I am sure it must be hurtful but try to accept it and let things be. Give yourself sometime to process it and start focusing on yourself.

Mine broke up with me after 3yrs. Am still thinking about him. Still not accepting he left me. Fell into pieces since then and always feeling numb, lost and stupid.

It will take some time, That person had a special place in your life. You can not get over with the feeling all of a sudden. Try to accept this, be with the feeling, cherish the good memories you had and then try to outgrow this feeling.
