Fear of losing a person Hello , i loved a person wholeheartedly but now i can't contact her.. i really missed her a lot . I can't concentrate on anything , i can't able to sleep , i can't able to eat.. each and every sec the memories of her hits me like anything i cry cry cry each and everyday ... How to overcome this situation?

Hey! THANKS FOR REACHING OUT. I can understand how overwhelming it must be for you. But at some point of time, we all have to accept the harsh reality and try to move on from it. I know that the person is still very special to you, but to be in a relationship it requires love to be nurtured from both sides. If one person isn't comfortable there isn't any point ruining yourself over it. You gave your best effort. Maybe it was never meant to be.

I can't forget her.. each and every time and every time i think of her.. i can't concentrate on my works.. we loved deeply but the situation changes... I don't know what to do.. mentally disturbed 😧
