Set smaller goals and achieve them. Then reward yourself for accomplishing.
Give yourself timelines, challenge yourself everyday and appreciate your small achievements.
You need to make a schedule. Think of it this way, you do something today, tomorrow you have one less job to worry about! Life is short, make the most of it. I understand the toxicity you've been feeling, but you gotta start doing your chores so that you get rid of the toxicity
