I am 24 year girl, I am faces too many problems like using too much phone, too much sleeping, not able to concentrate on study not even a single minute, too much thought process, sometimes weird thought like someone death or own, every time feels lazyness not want to do anything.

I was like you, but all what happened to me was because of the home and the phone, but for you, I'm gonna tell you it's because of the phone, try not to hold the phone very much, and sleep early, you can do it, do thing you love, or tell someone to tell you always to put away the phone.
