I know it’s very stressing but what’s important is direct our energy towards something more product.
The more anxious you will be the more time will be wasted.
Look for ways you can reduce it.
Like by making a list of topics you would like to cover in a day and making a realistic schedule.
Keep ticking the topics you are done reading.
Refer to video lecture online to cover a topic.
Make your own notes.

First get easy and make sure u are not stressed than study bcz mental health is more important
Have a clear cut view of your preparation. Because the level of anxiety is directly proportional to your level of preparation.
And yeah, if you are well prepared, then I can simply write ,,have a proper diet, exercise and sleep
Because this will lessen your cortisol level and make you relax. Never go through social media. Because it will adversely affect your self confidence....have a good day
