Unable to take decisions

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Hi.. I'm a newbie here. Having few troubles with myself. Can't really decide anything I want..always confused...always feels like I'm not worth..never really have an opnion of myself always follow what other people says.afraid to speak up...I know it from within its wrong but not able to help myself. Can anyone help me?

Well you just need to be confident in your own abilities. Don’t worry about what people will think, just speak up

If you feel anxious before taking any decision or always find yourself in a confused state you should try to weigh the pros and cons of the options you have and then take the decision that involves least risk.
