because i have the big sad and nothing brought me joy. even english which is my favorite. i couldnt do the work no matter how hard i tried.

why did you not do it? Do you have a reason behind it? Go to your parents and tell them the reason why you were not able to cope up, and give them the assurance that you are looking forward to a course wherein this wouldn't happen because you will do your best.
Do you know which course you want to pursue further?
