Try to practice deep breathing.
Sit with your family or friends, try to distract yourself ad give yourself affirmation that you are fine.

I am sure there's a reason, it maybe hard to point it out but if you will think of what you REALLY want that you don't or you can't have as of the moment, then maybe that's it.. Can you think of atleast one thing then I'll try to help the best way I can :)
