I tried and everytime I do talk to him about it, he tells me how he doesn't want to be stressed. He lacks communication, sometimes when I talk to him he'll just reply with 1 word answers like "ok and yes" and that's it

It's important to directly communicate what you feel, talk to him about it all and tell him that it has been affecting you and these things potentially changes your feeling towards each other.

Most of the time I feel like leaving the relationship but because I love him, I stay.
We've been together for 11 months now and I've only been happier with him for only 4 months in that 11 months of dating. Last time when I tried talking to him about my feelings and how it hurts when he does certain things, he told me that I can go and find someone that'll do all those for me, i asked him if he's scared to loose me and he said he has never thought of that before
