I think rather than showing them her picture of doing wrong you should directly talk to your parents about how it makes you feel and it isn’t creating any healthy impact on you. It would be great if they can support you for who you are. You are anyway trying your best. Make them Understand how you want to be treated and get to know their perspective as well and then find a middle way on which you both can work.

Not being rude at all but I really am tired of people just telling me to just TALK with them. To them I am just an immature child, who doesn't understand anything. I have tried many times and they just outright ignore or roll their eyes at me. At the end I end up shouting. Nowadays I just swallow everything they say and it makes me exhausted in the morning itself. I feel like I am being strangled all the time. I literally don't have the right to do anything. They even compare how I walk or how I talk to hers.

If talking isn’t helping you and you are tired of it then start filtering. Filter out the negative and continue to be who you are.

Is it really possible to stay in the right state of mind when they criticize my every move everyday first thing in the morning? Also people told me to talk with my friends for emotional support. Like really? You think parents like mine will allow me to have friends. They will distract me from studies so no.

At times we dont Have to share everything with parents if it’s hampering your state of mind. Having friends are important.

I tried many times. I literally have no privacy at all. Also some of my friends were not able to understand how strict my parents can be and just the truth gets exposed and soon you'll see my parents trying to break it off

What makes them do such things?

So that I can concentrate on my studies with 0 distractions of course.
