I think you are eating out your emotions. You should try to cope with things in a way that you it should not affect your health. If you are finding it difficult to actually practice strictness in your diet of stuff like that you can actually install some health apps and get help from there. Moreover it’s important to address your mental health first, why don’t you consult with a therapist.
