Kids don't ask to be Born in the world shitt dads have to provide and respect their kids. Some of them happen to feel as if they are doing some favor and if kids don't entertain violence and controlling behavior those maniacs threat to make them homeless. Let's stop pretending they are demi gods.

What you said definitely right, but don’t you think the one who provides always wants to be acknowledged for that, that’s why just to prove their superiority they do unhealthy things.

Responsible parents want to fulfill their responsibilities without medals. Their kids happiness, success and respect in society are the acknowledgements. Just because they pay they are not superior.

I totally agree to your point. Have you tried talking to your parents about how you feel. May be you can discuss your expectations.
