Hey....there is no one toxic in this world the situation makes the ppl think in such a way....and dominant is good when the opposite is wrong on the opinion and bad when there is no valid reason.....Its better you need to analyse your self first that you have anger issues in nature r only for the person u love because there are lot of difference and no matter if u get angry with the person my kind request is please walk away from that place more than ur silence your words will hurt a lot....drink a cup of water relax for few minutes qnd talk to that person u might get a clarity in u ...... take care

I don't know if this will help but have you thought about how demands and preferences are not the same. Rn you must be demanding their time. when demands are not met you can be possessive. On the other hand preferences have a chance of not being met. "It would be nice if you could sped time with me" is a preference vs "You have to spend time with me" is a demand. When we change the way we think, it can make a difference. P.S. I know this can be difficult. I hope this helps. :')
