Unhealthy relationship with family

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

I do not know what is happening to me. I do not feel happy anymore. My parents rarely talk to me and whenever they talk, they would abuse me with their words. I do not want to stay alone, but I have to be alone everytime.

Hey! I am sure you must be feeling that no one understands you. I think you should try to talk to someone from the family in this regard. Who are you close to?
