well talk to them and tell them that this behaviou of theirs is affecting you a lot.

i did talk with them a lot... everytime they make me feel lile its my mistake ..and i start hating myself ..they call me selfish if i talk to them.. they are like ..we do lots for you... and u are arguing with us

Also you need to tell them politely how you feel.
