Hey. Thank you for sharing. Parents usually have a bit weird way of dealing with things: some generations were even raised in a way that if you give a positive feedback,then your kid will become lazy or will stop trying to succeed . Your father is this way because he was probably raised in this way by his parents. Ask him about it. He probably wants to push you to become even better. I am sure he does care and wants you to be great. Running away is not the real answer. Think what you feel about yourself and your goals. Are you happy with it? If so, then tell your dad that you appreciate his worries but you are going towards your goals. I am sure you will also find a way how to communicate better . Good luck!
