I'min relationship where my partner doesn't care about my feelings and we are facing lots of trust issues.. like my partner always wants to check my social media accounts and he gets easily jealous if i talk with my friend.. he didn't show respect towards me as well as my family.. when he use abusing words for me .. i feel pain in my heart and feel very sad.. unable to controlmy feeling and at the next moment automatically my tears comes out.. Pls help me with some positive ways to get out from it... Thank you in advance

You need to talk to you r partner snd see where this trust issue is coming from. If there is a reason for this and ask him how he feels about it. I am sure by talking it csn work out
